What We Do
Here in the shop I have all the latest tooling and machinery to build the highest quality cylinder heads and small engines in America. I have spent years finding the right combination of tools to get the best results possible. Tooling from correct size seat counterbore cutters to specific shape carbide burrs for the porting to the ability to cut 5 angle valve job are all very specific to these small engines.

Milling Services
Milling the cylinder head is removing a very small amount of metal from the cylinder head to engine block mounting surface. This is usually done to true up the mating surfaces and make them perfectly flat so that a head gasket will not fail due to flaws between the 2 surfaces. Hotrodders have milled or shaved heads for years to increase compression ratio by essentially making the combustion chambers smaller.
O-Ring Services
Why install an O ring ? To enhance performance! On almost any engine, O-ringing the block or head and installing a quality wire is one option many performance engine builders use. Doing so will provide another barrier for the combustion chamber seal. The O-ring is often used to seal up higher compression engines where a typical head gasket alone just wont due.
Porting Services
Cylinder head porting refers to the process of modifying the intake and exhaust ports of an internal combustion engine to improve their air flow. Cylinder heads, as manufactured, are usually suboptimal for racing applications due to being designed for maximum durability. Ports can be modified for maximum power, minimum fuel consumption, or a combination of the two, and the power delivery characteristics can be changed to suit a particular application.
